Payment, Shipping, and Returns
Accepted Payment Types
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. We also accept Paypal. PayPal also accepts credit card and e-check payments for non-account customers. Please keep in mind that if you choose to pay via e-check, your order will not ship until the payment has cleared (typically about 4-7 days).
Shipping Charges
Our USPS Ground shipping charges are $8.99 (est. 3-6 days), USPS Priority shipping charges are $13.95 (est. 2-3 days) and USPS Express shipping charges are $69.95 (est. 1-2 days). Please contact us for large orders or other arrangements.
Delivery Information
For US Shipping:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship our orders via USPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. You will receive an email shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is ready to leave our facility.
For INTERNATIONAL Shipping:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship our orders via USPS Priority International Mail. You will receive an email shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is ready to leave our facility. We cannot track your international package and we cannot be responsible for any lost shipments in transit. If you wish your items to be traceable, please contact us for a shipping quote from UPS or FedEx.
Please note that the USPS does not consider a package as being lost in transit until it has spent at least 30 days in transit here in the US or 45 days in transit if it was shipped internationally. If you think your package may have been lost in transit, please contact us right away and we will do our best to find the whereabouts of your package. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost or damaged. If you would like insurance on your package, please let us know at the time of your order.
Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Real Wood Paper products. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We carefully inspect each order to ensure you’re receiving our highest-quality products, and we package every order with care to help protect it during transit.
Due to the natural materials we work with, and to ensure a prompt resolution, we ask that any concerns be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please Contact Us with a detailed message and photos of the concern.
Important Notes About Our Products
- Our products are made from real wood – every sheet is naturally unique.
- Variations in color, grain, and texture are part of the beauty of real wood and are not considered defects.
- Our products are not machine-manufactured or uniform in appearance.
- If your project has specific needs, we encourage you to Contact Us before ordering. We’re happy to guide you.
- We strongly recommend testing a few sheets before purchasing in larger quantities to ensure you are purchasing the correct product for your project.

Defective Products
We carefully inspect for quality and package for protection. If your items appear defective:
- Contact Us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the concern.
- If we confirm the issue is a defect, we’ll provide our return shipping address.
- Items must be returned unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging within 5 business days of contacting us.
- After inspection, we’ll issue either a refund or exchange based on the issue.
Damage During Transit
- We typically ship via USPS, which includes limited insurance (usually up to $100 per Package).
- We are not responsible for damages caused by shipping carrier.
- Damage during transit is rare, but if it occurs, we will do our best to provide you with any information you need to file your damage claim directly with USPS.

- We also encourage you to keep your original packaging for proof of damage during shipping for your claim.
Eligible Returns – Store Credit Only
We accept returns for store credit under the following conditions:
- You Contact Us within 3 days of delivery.
- If eligible, we’ll provide a return shipping address.
- Items are unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
- You include the original packing slip or invoice.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend reusing the original packaging and shipping via a traceable method (e.g., USPS Priority, UPS, FedEx). Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue store credit and notify you by email.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Custom orders
- Orders of 100 sheets or more
- Remnants and closeouts
- Products with natural variations in color, grain, or texture
- Curling issues (which can be resolved using tips on our FAQ page)
